dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na práci porodních asistentek v komunitním prostředí. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je popsaný historický vývoj, komunitní ošetřovatelská péče o ženu, kompetence porodní asistentky, činnosti komunitní porodní asistentky během těhotenství, porodu a šestinedělí, zahájení činnosti komunitní porodní asistentky a současný stav komunitní péče v porodní asistenci. Výzkumná část je věnována kvantitativnímu výzkumu, jehož cílem je zjistit informovanost a zájem žen v Plzeňském kraji o péči komunitní porodní asistentky. Výsledkem této práce je zjištění, že ženy by rády využily služeb komunitní porodní asistentky i v dalších etapách života, ale dostupnost komunitních porodních asistentek je pro ně obtížná.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis focuses on work of midwives in the community enviroment. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes historical development, community nursing care of a woman, midwifery competencies, activities of community midwife during pregnancy, childbirth and puerperium, commencement of community midwife and current state of community care in midwifery. The theoretical part is devoted to quantitative research, which aims to determine the awareness and interest of women in the Pilsen Region in the care of the community midwife. The result of this work is the finding that women would like to use community midwifery services even in the later stages of their lives, but unfortunately the accessibility of these services is difficult for them.en
