| dc.description.abstract | V naší bakalářské práci, jejíž téma zní metodiky nukleární kardiologie v současné kardiologické praxi se budeme snažit poskytnout obecné informace o metodikách nukleární kardiologie, které jsou v kardiologické praxi využívány. Obsahem teoretické části bude stručný anatomický popis srdce a cév, patologické stavy a vybrané metodiky nukleární kardiologie. Praktická část se bude skládat z kazuistik vybraných pacientů a zaměříme se na zátěžovou a klidovou perfuzní scintigrafii myokardu pomocí 99mTc MIBI a vyšetření viability myokardu pomocí fluorodeoxyglukózy. | cs |
