dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na optimalizaci nákupních procesů a návrh controllingových aktivit nákupního oddělení společnosti MD Elektronik spol. s r. o. První část práce popisuje současné organizační uspořádání a metodologické přístupy k řízení společnosti. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na analýzu aktuálního stavu nákupních procesů a controllingových aktivit společnosti, přičemž jsou tyto ve třetí části práce kriticky zhodnoceny. Další část práce se zabývá samotným návrhem optimalizace nákupních procesů a controllingových aktivit včetně demonstrace jejich finančního dopadu na společnost. V poslední kapitole je pak nastíněn obecný postup pro implementaci navržených procesních a controllingových změn.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis is focused on the optimization of purchasing processes and design of controlling activities of the purchasing department of the MD Elektronik company. The first part defines the current organizational structure and methodological approaches to management of the company. The second chapter analyses the current purchasing processes and controlling activities in the company that are in a greater detail attached and described in the third part of the thesis. Concrete suggestion of optimization of purchasing processes and controlling activities including demonstration of their financial impact on the company follows. Finally, the general procedure of implementation of suggested processing and controlling changes is described in the last part of this thesis.en
