dc.description.abstractCílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat zahraniční politiku Somalilandu, jakožto příkladu kvazi státu s ohledem na jeho dlouholetou snahu získat mezinárodní uznání jeho nezávislosti. Naše zkoumání se bude Budeme se věnovat zahraničně-politickému angažmá Somalilandu, abychom porozuměli, za jakým účelem Somaliland vytváří zahraniční politiku, a jak se jeho zahraničně-politické angažmá setkává s účinkem. Na začátku práce budeme analyzovat budování státu Somaliland, abychom dokázali, že se jedná případ kvazistátní entity. Ke konci práce se pak zaměříme na vztahu Somalilandu s ostatními státy, které potřebuje, za účelem dosažení jeho cíle - zisku mezinárodního uznání.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedMain target of this master thesis is to analyse foreign policy of Somaliland as an example of quasi-state with the perspective to his long-term attempt to achieve international recognition of his independence. Our research will be focused on an era from the year 1991, when Somaliland proclaimed his independence, until nowadays. We will be discussing foreign-political engagement of Somaliland, for the purpose to understand, why Somaliland is doing foreign policy. And how is his foreign engagement meeting the effect. At the beginning we are analysing state-building of Somaliland to prove that it is the case of quasi-state. At the end of the work we are delaing with Somaliland relations with other states, which it needs for the purpose to reach his goal - gain international recognition.en
