dc.description.abstractCílem mé diplomové práce bylo zachytit důležitý vývoj jedné z nejprestižnějších justičních profesí, a to notářství. Notářství mělo již od dob minulých ve společnosti právem opodstatněný význam. V práci se tudíž věnuji i historickému zakotvení notářství, především pak notářskému řádu z roku 1871 a jeho organizací za Rakouska-Uherska a za První republiky. Dále jsem se snažila o vyzdvihnutí některých významných osobností působících na území Plzeňska, které měli pro další vývoj notářství bez pochyby značný přínos.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of my diploma thesis was to outline the important development of one of the most prestigious judicial professions, namely notary. Already in the past, the profession of notary was of a well-founded importance in the society. Thus in my thesis I also deal with the historical background of the profession, especially the notary code of 1871 and its organization during the eras of Austria-Hungary and the First Republic. I also tried to highlight some of the significant personalities who worked in the region of Pilsen and significantly contributed to the development of the notary profession.en
