dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou ústavněprávního postavení politických stran v České republice. Hlavním cílem práce je analýza postavení politických stran z ústavněprávního hlediska, s ohledem na běžné zákony a předpisy Evropské unie. Práce také zkoumá historický vývoj postavení politických stran v kontextu politického vývoje a ústavních změn v České republice. Dále se zaměřuje na financování politických stran a hnutí, s důrazem na státní financování a kontrolu ze strany státu. Práce rovněž analyzuje volební nález Ústavního soudu, který ovlivnil politickou soutěž na úrovni sněmovních voleb, a hodnotí nově přijatou legislativu v této oblasti. V neposlední řadě se zabývá problematikou mobilních občanů EU a jejich členství v politických stranách a hnutích v České republice.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis focuses on the constitutional legal status of political parties in the Czech Republic. The main aim of the thesis is to analyse the position of political parties from the constitutional point of view, with regard to the common laws and regulations of the European Union. The thesis also examines the historical development of the status of political parties in the context of political development and constitutional changes in the Czech Republic. It also focuses on the financing of political parties and movements, with an emphasis on state funding and state control. The thesis analyses the electoral ruling of the Constitutional Court, which affected political competition at the level of parliamentary elections, and assesses the newly adopted legislation in this area. Last but not least, it deals with the issue of mobile EU citizens and their membership in political parties and movements in the Czech Republic.en
