dc.description.abstractPředmětem této diplomové práce je analýza voleb do zastupitelstva obce ve vybraném městě. První část práce se věnuje charakteristice územní samosprávy a obce v České republice. Následující část práce je zaměřena na specifikaci komunálních voleb, jejich historii, průběh a také soudnímu přezkumu. Poslední část práce analyzuje volby do zastupitelstva města v Plané od roku 2002 do roku 2018.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe subjekt of this thesis is the analysis of elections to the town council in the selected town. The first part of the thesis is deals with the characteristics of local government and municipality in the Czech Republic. The following part of the thesis is focused on the specification of municipal elections, history, the course of these elections in the Czech Republic and electoral judicial review. The last part of the thesis analyzes the elections to the council in Planá since 2002 to 2018.en
