dc.description.abstractVe své bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na zjištění úrovně informovanosti, edukace, pacientů se zánětem slinivky břišní. V teoretické části je stručně popsána anatomie a fyziologie slinivky břišní jako základ pro pochopení patofyziologie nemoci. Dále popisuje příčiny, průběh, diagnostiku a léčbu akutní a chronické pankreatitidy, včetně jejich komplikací. Samostatné kapitoly jsou věnovány výžívě pacientů s pankreatitidou, ošetřovatelskému procesu a v neposlední řadě edukaci pacienta. Praktická část popisuje získaná data od pacientů týkající se jejich informovanosti v oblasti nemoci, dietních a režimových opatření, způsobu získání informací a efektu edukační výchovy na změnu jejich životního stylu a postoje ke zdraví. Tato získaná data byla využita a zohledněna při tvorbě edukačního materiálu pro pacienty se zánětem slinivky břišní.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn my thesis I focus on finding the level of information, education, patients with inflammation of the pancreas. In the theoretical part is briefly describes the anatomy and physiology of the pancreas as a basic for understanding the pathophysiology of the disease. It also describes the causes, course, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic pancreatitis, including their complications. Separate chapters are devoted to nutrition in patients with pancreatitis, the nursing process and ultimately education of the patient. The practical part describes the acquired data from patients related to their awareness in the field the disease, of dietetic and of regime measures, method of obtaining of information and effect of education at change their lifestyles and attitudes to health. But this received data were used and taken into account in the creation of educational materials for patients with inflammation of the pancreas.en
