dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá potřebami pacientů s degenerativním onemocněním bederní páteře v pooperačním období. Teoretická část je zaměřena na anatomii páteře, degenerativní onemocnění bederní páteře, příčiny vzniku, vyšetřovací metody a možnosti léčby. Dále se věnuje potřebám pacientů v pooperačním období. Praktická část je provedena metodou kvalitativního výzkumu prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s šesti participanty po operaci bederní páteře. Cílem bylo analyzovat jejich potřeby a subjektivní vnímání fyzického a psychického stavu v pooperačním období. Výsledky práce přispívají k lepšímu pochopení potřeb pacientů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor's thesis addresses the needs of patients with degenerative disease of the lumbar spine in the postoperative period. The theoretical part focuses on the anatomy of the spine, degenerative diseases of the lumbar spine, causes, diagnostic methods, and treatment options. It also examines the needs of patients during the postoperative period. The practical part was conducted using a qualitative research method through semi-structured interviews with six participants after lumbar spine surgery. The aim was to analyze their needs and subjective perception of their physical and psychological state in the postoperative period. The findings contribute to a better understanding of patient needs.en
