dc.description.abstractPráce se zabýva vývovejem lidských práv, jejich zakotvením v právním řádu České republiky. Dále procesní ochranou na vnitrostátní úrovni, prostřednictvím Ústavního soudu, Veřejného ochránce práv a obecných soudů. Práce se taktéž zabývá ochranou lidských práv na mezinárodní úrovni a to konkrétně ochranou v rámci Evropské unie, Rady Evropy a Organizace spojených národů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedA diploma thesis named "The basic human rights and freedoms" is divided into four chapters.First chapter gives a historical guide to the development and nature of human rights and freedoms, from the Classical Era to present.The second chapter is the analysis of the human rights and fundamental freedoms and their position within the legal order of the Czech Republic. In the third chapter is discussed procedural protection of human rights and freedoms at the national level. The final chapter, chapter Four, provides a protection of fundamental human rights and freedoms on an international level.en
