dc.description.abstractVýznamná kodifikace horního práva v 19. století, která ovlivnila další vývoj horního práva. Pro pochopení horního práva v 19. století je potřeba poznat jeho historický vývoj. Ius regale montanorum představoval základní normu feudálního báňského práva českých zemí. Díky průmyslové revoluci a nástupu uhlí jako hlavního těžebního nerostu je potřeba změny horní legislativy. Nejdůležitějším předpisem je obecný horní zákon z roku 1854. Velké změny v 19. století spojené s hornictvím se týkají také organizace státní báňské správy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedImportant codification of mining law in the 19th century, which influenced the further development of the mining law. For understanding the mining law in the 19th century, knowing the historical development is required. Ius regale montanorum represented a basic form of feudal mining law in the Czech counties. Thanks of the industrial revolution and the commencement of mining the coal as the main mining mineral, there was a need of change in the mining legislation. The most important law rule was the General mining law, published in 1854. Big changes in the 19th century relied to the mining, concerned also the organization of state mining authorities.en
