dc.description.abstractV bakalářské práci se věnuji problematice regionální anestezie se zaměřením na anestezii svodnou, tedy subarachnoidální a epidurální. Stručně zde shrnuji i vývoj periferních nervových blokád. Práce začíná přehledem anatomie a fyziologie páteřního kanálu a pokračuje historickým srovnáním vývoje regionálních anesteziologických metod v zahraničí i v Čechách v určitých časových obdobích až po současnost, s výhledem do budoucnosti. Tato kapitola je obohacena o rozhovor s významným českým anesteziologem MUDr. Danielem Nalosem, který se věnuje nervovým blokádám. Poslední kapitola je zaměřena na vývoj práce anesteziologických sester s porovnáním v USA a v České republice, zde jsem využila materiály získané od Kathy Koch, která pracuje v Americké Asociaci Anesteziologických Sester. Práce je zaměřena na pochopení vzniku, vývoje a hlavně přínosu svodné anestezie/analgezie pro nemocné všech věkových skupin.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis is devoted to the issue of regional anesthesia with a focus on spinal and epidural anesthesia. It briefly summarizes here there the development of peripheral nerve blockades. it begins with an overview of the anatomy amd physiology of the spinal canal. Then it continues by comparing the historical development of regional anesthetic techniques abroad and in the Czech Republic during certain time periods until the present time, with a view to the future. It also given an interview with dr. daniel Nalos, witch is a major Czech anesteziologist, specifically related to the nerve blockades. The last chapter is focused on the development of the work of anesthesia nurses comparing their work in U.S. and in the Czech Republic. Here I used the materials obtained from kathy koch, who works at the American Assotiation of Nurse Anesthetists. The work is focused on understanding the origin, development , and especially the contribution of conduction anesthesia/analgesia to patients of all ages.en
