dc.description.abstractObsahem této práce je analýza strojírenské firmy Strojírna Soběslav s.r.o. Tato firma se rozhodla přistoupit k zhodnocení svého informačního systému. Práce popisuje analýzy procesů a datových toků. Stěžejní je zhodnocení efektivnosti stávajícího systému. Konečným krokem je popis výběru nového informačního systému, postup, jakým by se měl podnik při výběru řídit a způsob, jakým se provádí hodnocení dodavatelských firem. Vyústěním celého projektu jsou dokumenty potřebné k poptávkovému řízení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe content of this work is to analyse the engineering company Strojírna Soběslav Ltd. This company has decided to evaluate its information system. This work describes the analysis of processes and data flows. The key is to evaluate the effectiveness of the current system. The final step is to describe the selection of a new information system, the approach in which the company should be managed during the selection and the way to carry out the evaluation of suppliers. The outcome of the project documents are required to demand management.en
