dc.description.abstractTato práce se zaměřuje na ústavní základy civilního procesu. V první části této práce je vymezen pojem ústavní práva a civilního procesu z pohledu České republiky, tyto pojmy jsou vymezeny i ve vzájemné souvislosti. Ve druhé části práce jsem se věnoval právu na spravedlivý proces a jeho jednotlivým součástem. V následujících kapitolách jsou obsaženy jednotlivé ústavněprávní základy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis focuses on the constitutional foundations of civil procedure. The first part of this thesis defines the concept of constitutional law and civil procedure from the perspective of the Czech Republic, and these concepts are also defined in their mutual context. In the second part of the thesis, I focused on the right to a fair trial and its individual components. The following chapters contain individual constitutional law foundations.en
