dc.description.abstractCílem práce je srozumitelně a uceleně představit problematiku islámského práva trestního, české nebo slovenské zdroje k tomuto tématu takřka žádné neexistují nebo se touto otázkou nezabývají. Dalším cílem je rozebrat a analyzovat teoretická východiska a řešení trestněprávních otázek i samu aplikaci islámského trestního práva v praxi, povšimnout si existujících rozdílů a nesouladů, a to pokud možno v co největší šíři kontextů a přístupů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim is to clearly and comprehensively introduce the issue of Islamic criminal law, Czech or Slovak resources on this topic almost none or do not deal with this issue. Another goal is to break down and analyze the theoretical background and criminal matters solutions and the very application of Islamic criminal law in practice, noting the existing differences and inconsistencies, and if possible the greatest breadth of contexts and approaches.en
