dc.description.abstractCílem bakalářské práce je eliminovat plýtvání na výrobních linkách navíjení cívek a montáže elektromotorů ve firmě Heidrive s.r.o.. Dalším cílem je tyto linky spojit a provést vybalancování linky. V první fázi projektu se provádí analýzy současného stavu výroby, hledají se problémová místa, kde dochází k plýtvání a následně je vypracován návrh konkrétních opatření. V další fázi jsou realizovány navrhnuté změny. Nové uspořádání linky je poté podrobeno analýze a je zkoumáno, zda řešení vyhovuje požadavkům. V poslední fázi projektu je provedena standardizace práce a vizualizace na pracovištích linky. V závěru bakalářské práce je zhodnoceno řešení z hlediska časové úspory a ekonomického přínosu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe goal of bachelor thesis is eliminate waste at production lines of winding coils and electric motors in the company Heidrive s.r.o. Another aim is to combine these links and to perform balancing lines. In the first phase of the project is carried out analysis of the current state of production, is looking for trouble spots where there is waste and then drawn up proposals for optimizing. In the next phase the proposed changes are implemented. The new arrangement of the line is analyzed and then it is examined whether the solution meets the requirements. In the last phase of the project is carried out standardization work and visualization of workplaces at the line. In conclusion the thesis is evaluated solutions in terms of time savings and economic benefit.en
