dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá neoficiální hudební scénou 80. let v regionu západních Čech a jejími střety s komunistickým režimem. Nejprve je objasněna výchozí situace v populární hudbě v regionu na přelomu 70. a 80. let. Poté práce sleduje vývoj zdejší neoficiální části hudební scény v průběhu 80. let. Těžiště studie leží v objasnění průběhu celostátního projektu StB ODPAD v západočeském regionu a jeho dopad na místní neoficiální kapely. Cílem akce ODPAD bylo eliminovat punkové a novovlnné kapely v Československu. Proto důležitou součást práce tvoří popis konkrétních zásahů StB proti kapelám, srazům jejich příznivců i proti jednotlivým osobám. Svoje místo zde má i analýza metod, které StB při plnění úkolů v projektu ODPAD používala.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe master's thesis deals with the unofficial music scene of the 1980s in the region of Western Bohemia and its clashes with the Communist regime. At the beginning of this project there is explained the initial situation of popular music in the region in the late 1970s and early 1980s. Then the development on the local unofficial popular music scene of the 1980s is described. The prime focus of this master's thesis is to clarify the course of nationwide project of State Security Service called 'ODPAD' in West Bohemian region and its impact on local unofficial bands. The aim of the 'ODPAD' project was to eliminate punk and new wave music bands in Czechoslovakia. The description of particular interventions of State Security Service against the bands, the meetings of their supporters and against individuals is included in the thesis as well as the analysis of the methods used by State Security Service to perform the tasks in the 'ODPAD' project.en
