dc.description.abstractTato práce se věnuje rekonstrukci experimentálního zařízení pro vyšetřování flutteru prizmatických lopatek, které se nachází v laboratoří KKE. Nejprve jsou uvedeny dvě možné metodiky vyhodnocení flutteru - jedna je založena na vyhodnocení aerodynamických vazebních koeficientů a druhá na tekutinou vykonaných pracích. Dále jsou uvedeny nedostatky experimentálního zařízení, co se týče vlastního měřícího prostoru, ale i potrubní tratě a příslušenství. Nakonec jsou pro většinu nedostatků uvedena možná a následně i doporučená řešení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis is focused on the reconstruction of an experimental equipment for determining of flutter of prismatic blades, located at the laboratory of KKE. Firstly two posible methods of evaluation of flutter are presented the first is based on the evaluation of aerodynamic bonding coefficients and the second on works performed by the fliud. Next, imperfections of the experimental equipment are presented, concerning the measurement area itself, as well as the pipe track and the accesories. At last, for the most imperfections possible and recomended solutions are proposed.en
