dc.description.abstract	Předkládaná práce se zabývá vlivem globální ekonomické krize na trh práce v okrese Plzeň-sever. Dopady krize na pracovní trh okresu Plzeň-sever bylo možné identifikovat na základě časové analýzy prováděné v letech 2004 - 2012. Zjištěné údaje byly následně pomocí komparativní analýzy srovnány s vývojem těchto ukazatelů v Plzeňském kraji a České republice. Pro objasnění regionální diferenciace v rámci okresu Plzeň-sever bylo využito prostorové analýzy vývoje trhu práce v jednotlivých SO POÚ. Práce obsahuje několik částí. První část je zaměřená na odbornou literaturu a metodiku, která je v práci použita. Druhá část je soustředí na vývoj situace na trhu práce a na změny, které ho po příchodu ekonomické krize postihly. Třetí část se zabývá případovými studiemi tří vybraných firem okresu a měla za úkol potvrdit výsledky zjištěné při analýze vlivu ekonomické krize na trh práce. Dopady ekonomické krize na trh práce jsou vyjádřeny zejména ukazateli o nezaměstnanosti u různých skupin nacházejících se na pracovním trhu.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the influence of global economic crisis on the labour market in the district Plzeň-sever. Impacts of the crisis on the labour market of the district Plzeň-sever were possible to identify on the basis of time analysis, which was performed in the years 2004 ? 2012. Collected data were subsequently compared by comparative analysis with the development of these indicators in the Pilsen region and the Czech Republic. To clarify the regional differences within the district Plzeň-sever spatial analysis of labour market developments was used in individual municipalities with authorized municipal office. This thesis consists of several parts. The first part is focused on the literature and methodology that is used in the work. The second part is concerned with the development of the situation on the labour market and the changes which affected the labour market when the economic crisis hit. The third part deals with case studies of three selected companies of the district Plzeň-sever, whose aim was to confirm the results obtained during the analysis of the influence of the economic crisis on the labour market. Impacts of the economic crisis on the labour market are especially expressed by indicators of unemployment at the different categories of people located on the labour market.	en
