| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá obdobím vlády Tiglatpilesara III. Nejprve jsem zaměřila na stručný náhled do situace Asýrie před nástupem Tiglatpilesara III. a okolnostmi jeho nástupu na trůn. Dále jsou představený jeho válečné výpravy a reformy, které mu dopomohly ke znovuvytvoření asyrského impéria. Zároveň je zde zmíněna jeho manželka, královna Iaba a Centrální palác v Kalhu. V závěru je shrnut konec jeho vlády a následující panovníci novoasyrské říše. | cs |

First, is provided a brief insight into the situation of Assyria before the onset of Tiglath-pileser III and the circumstances of his accesion to the throne. Furthermore, his war campaigns are introduced and the reforms that helped him to recreate the Assyrian empire. It also mentiones his wife, Queen Iaba and Central Palace in Kalhu. The conclusion summarises the end of his regin and rulers following Neo-Assyrian Empire. | en |
