dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na analýzu nákladů u vybraných segmentů zdravotní péče z pohledu Všeobecné zdravotní pojišťovny České republiky. Teoretická část popisuje ekonomický růst, modely ekonomického růstu, způsoby financování zdravotnictví a systém zdravotní péče v České republice. Další část teoretické části se zabývá náklady na zdravotnictví a ekonomickým růstem v rozvojových a vyspělých ekonomikách. V praktické části je představen vývoj HDP v České republice a celkové náklady na zdravotní péči. Poté je v praktické části analyzován segment gynekologie, praktických lékařů a stomatologů na příkladu vybrané pobočky Všeobecné zdravotní pojišťovny České republiky. V závěru diplomové práce je představen možný vývoj v dané oblasti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe propounded thesis is focused on the analysis of the costs in the given segments of the health care viewed by General Health Insurance Company of the Czech Republic. Theoretical part describes economic growth, models of the economic growth and methods of funding of the health care in the Czech Republic. The following theoretical part pursues the costs of the health system and the economic growth in developing and developed economies. In the practical part the thesis introduces evolution of GDP in the Czech Republic and total costs of the health care. After that, the practical part analyses segment of gynaecology, general practitioners and stomatology on the example of the given affiliate of General Health Insurance Company of the Czech Republic. The conclusion of the thesis shows possible trends in the field.en
