dc.description.abstractTématem bakalářské práce je "HIV pozitivní pacient - zásady postupu zdravotnického personálu s důrazem na jeho ochranu". Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části bakalářské práce je popsána historie týkající se viru HIV a onemocnění AIDS, biologické agens HIV, jeho životní cyklus, diagnostické možnosti, a v neposlední řadě prevence, jak laické veřejnosti, tak zejména zdravotnických pracovníků, včetně řešení poranění zdravotníka krví infikovanou injekční jehlou. V praktické části jsou rozebrány výsledky anonymního dotazníkového šetření, kterého se zúčastnili zdravotničtí pracovníci Zdravotnické záchranné služby Plzeňského kraje a Domažlické nemocnice a.s.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis work deals with the topic "HIV positive patient - the principles of medical staff's progress with emphasis on its protection". The thesis is divided in two parts - theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part describes the history of HIV and AIDS, the biological agent of HIV, its life cycle and pathogenesis. It also describes the clinical picture and complications related to it, diagnostic possibilities and last but not least, the prevention of both the general public and the medical staff, including the treatment of the injured person with blood-injected needles. In the practical part are analyzed the results of the anonymous questionnaire survey, which was attended by the health workers of the ZZSPk and Domažlice hospital a.s.en
