| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou gentrifikace se zaměřením na město Plzeň. Hlavním cílem bylo posoudit, zdali na území pěti řešených ploch probíhá gentrifikace a souběžně postihnout příčiny, průběh a důsledky. V první části práce je pozornost směřována na teoretické zarámování dané problematiky z dostupných informačních zdrojů. Ke zjištění potenciálních projevů gentrifikace v Plzni byl podniknut vlastní terénní průzkum s cílem zhodnotit fyzickou strukturu v jednotlivých řešených plochách na základě příslušné klasifikace. V souvislosti s tímto krokem byly vyhotoveny mapy, které znázorňují jednotlivé typy domů a následně i ohniska sociálního vyloučení a modernizace. Na základě těchto poznatků bylo zodpovězeno na výzkumné otázky a na cíl práce. Bylo zjištěno že zastoupení typů určujících modernizaci se ve čtyřech řešených plochách pohybuje kolem 50 %. Nadprůměrné hodnoty vykazuje pouze Roudná, kde je zastoupení modernizačních typů 72 %. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of gentrification with a focus on the city of Pilsen. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to assess whether the process of gentrification is taking place on the territory of the five inner-city neighborhoods and simultaneously identify the causes, course, and consequences. In the first part, attention is focused on the theoretical framing of the issue from available information sources. To determine the potential signs of gentrification in Pilsen, own field research was taken to evaluate the physical upgrading in the five inner-city neighborhoods based on the relevant classification. In connection with this step, maps were made demonstrating individual types of houses and subsequently the hotspots of social exclusion and modernization. Based on these findings, research questions and the aim of the work were answered. It was found that the proportion of types which determinate modernization in the four neighborhoods is around 50 %. Only Roudná demonstrates above-average values, where the proportion of modernization types is 72 %. | en |
