dc.description.abstractKvalifikační práce se zabývá právní úpravou organizace bezpečnostních sborů ve druhé polovině 19. století. Cílem diplomové práce je vymezení a analýza nejdůležitějších dobových právních pramenů a základní popsání rozvoje bezpečnostních sborů v tomto období. Práce je dělena do 5 kapitol. Jednotlivé kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na definici tehdejší doby a její vliv na státoprávní uspořádání, na rozbor hlavních právních pramenů, souvisejících s tématem, na popis kontrolních a dozorčích prostředků nad bezpečnostními sbory, na vymezení organizace a činnost bezpečnotních sborů a na bližší rozbor vzájemných vztahů bezpečnostních sborů v této době.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe qualification thesis deals with the legal regulation of the organisation of security forces in the second half of the 19th century. The aim of the diploma thesis is to define and analyse the most important contemporary legal sources and to describe the development of the security forces in this period. The thesis is divided into 5 chapters. The individual chapters are focused on the definition of the period and its influence on the state legal system, on the analysis of the main legal sources related to the topic, on the description of the means of control and supervision over the security forces, on the definition of the organization and activities of the security forces and on a more detailed analysis of the interrelations of the security forces in this period.en
