dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce si klade za cíl zmapovat spolupráci všeobecné sestry a rodiny u pacienta ve zvoleném zařízení domácí paliativní péče. Spolupráce všeobecné sestry a rodiny pacienta mobilní specializované paliativní péče je v rámci práce zkoumána v několika rovinách. V prvé řadě mapuje úkony, na nichž se v rámci spolupráce se všeobecnou sestrou podílí hlavní pečující z rodiny pacienta, dále pak popisuje způsoby edukace těchto pečujících, i dosah této spolupráce na pacienta a jeho rodinu. Popisuje také zásady a principy, uplatňované všeobecnými sestrami při spolupráci s pečujícími rodinnými příslušníky. Šetření mělo podobu polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s participanty reprezentující jak všeobecné sestry, tak i pečující.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis aims to map the cooperation of a general nurse and a patient's family in a selected home palliative care facility. The cooperation of the general nurse and the family of the patient of mobile specialized palliative care is examined on several levels. First of all, it maps the tasks in which the main caregiver from the patient's family participates in cooperation with the general nurse, then describes the ways of education of these caregivers, as well as the impact of this cooperation on the patient and his family. It also describes the principles and principles applied by general nurses in cooperation with caring family members. The survey took the form of semi-structured interviews with participants representing both general nurses and carers.en
