dc.description.abstract-translatedThe contribution is devoted to sociological reflection on the paradoxes that stand before the legal system as a key normative social system in the conditions of the current individualized and fragmented society with the particularization of its functional systems. Questions arise: Is the requirement of legal certainty possible in conditions of changeable reality? How to achieve functional adaptability of law?
