dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce řeší zpracování projektové dokumentace ke stavebnímu povolení pro rekonstrukci s půdní vestavbou vily Hofmeisterových v ulici Mezi Ploty v Plzni. Jedná se o stavební úpravy, sanaci a zateplení objektu. Práce se dále zabývá statickým posouzením vybraných konstrukcí. Výkresová část je zpracována v programu AutoCAD Architecture 2009. Statické výpočty jsou provedeny pomocí programu FIN EC.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with processing of a project documentation of a building permit for a reconstruction with a loft conversion of the Hofmeisters´ villa in Mezi Ploty Street in Pilsen. It is concerned with building adjustments, rehabilitation and thermal insulation of the building. The thesis also includes the structural survey of selected constructions. The part with technical drawings is processed in the AutoCAD Architecture 2009 program. Structural stability calculations were made by the FIN EC program.en
