dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou řízené hypotermie u pacientů v nemocniční a přednemocniční neodkladné péči. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, na teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na termoregulaci, vliv chladu na lidský organismus, kdy lze tuto metodu využít a na specifika péče o pacienta v průběhu řízené hypotermie. Praktická část je složena z rozboru 4 kazuistik pacientů, u kterých byl zahájen management cílené regulace tělesné teploty. Hlavním cílem bylo zjistit specifika péče o pacienty v průběhu řízené hypotermie.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of controlled hypothermia in patients in hospital and pre-hospital emergency care. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on thermoregulation, the effect of cold on the human body, when this method can be used and on the specifics of patient care during controlled hypothermia. The practical part consists of an analysis of 4 case reports of patients in whom the management of targeted body temperature regulation was initiated. The main goal was to find out the specifics of patient care during controlled hypothermia.en
