dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce zkoumá tzv. Entitlement efekt za pomocí metodologie experimentální ekonomie. V rámci laboratorního experimentu studenti nejprve řešili jednoduché aritmetické úlohy, načež byli náhodně přiřazeni do rolí v Dictator Game nebo Ultimatum Game, kde rozhodovali o rozdělení společného surplusu. Na rozdíl od tradičního pojetí Entitlement efektu, tato studie odstraňuje informaci o relativním výkonu mezi hráči, a zaměřuje se pouze na vliv vlastního úsilí. Cílem bylo zjistit, zda delší čas strávený řešením úloh koreluje s vyšším pocitem nároku na společnou sumu. Výsledky naznačují, že samotná vnímaná námaha může ovlivnit vnímání spravedlivé distribuce, a tím i rozhodování o alokaci zdrojů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis examines the so-called entitlement effect using the methodology of experimental economics. In a laboratory experiment, students first solved simple arithmetic tasks and were then randomly assigned roles in either the Dictator Game or the Ultimatum Game, where they decided on the division of a shared surplus. Unlike the traditional approach to the entitlement effect, this study removes information about relative performance between players and focuses solely on the impact of individual effort. The aim was to determine whether spending more time on the tasks correlates with a stronger sense of entitlement to the shared amount. The results suggest that perceived effort alone can influence notions of fair distribution, and consequently, decisions regarding resource allocation.en
