dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na endometriózu a skládá se z teoretické a praktické části. V první kapitole teoretické části jsou nejprve popsány základy anatomie a fyziologie ženského pohlavního systému, který souvisí s endometriózou. Druhá kapitola se již zaměřuje na definici endometriózy, její etiologii a patogenezi, příznaky, klasifikaci, diagnostiku a léčbu tohoto onemocnění. V neposlední řadě se také zabýváme spojitostí mezi endometriózou a neplodností a rolí porodní asistentky v péči o ženu s endometriózou. Cílem praktické části bylo zjistit, jaké povědomí o endometrióze mají ženy v reprodukčním věku 18-49 let. Výsledky byly získávány formou kvantitativního výzkumu, pomocí nestandardizovaného dotazníku. Ve výzkumu bylo zjištěno, že většina žen má kvalitní informace o endometrióze. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou získané poznatky uvedeny.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is focused on endometriosis and consists of theoretical and practical parts. The first chapter of the theoretical part describes the basics of the anatomy and physiology of the female reproductive system related to endometriosis. The second chapter focuses on the definition of endometriosis, its etiology and pathogenesis, symptoms, classification, diagnosis and treatment of this disease. Last but not least, we also discuss the link between endometriosis and infertility and the role of the midwife in the care of women with endometriosis. The aim of the practical part was to find out the awareness of endometriosis among women of reproductive age 18-49 years. The results were obtained through quantitative research, using a non-standardized questionnaire. In the research, it was found that most of the women have good information about endometriosis. At the end of the work are the findings.en
