dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na postavení soudce v ústavním systému České republiky. Zabývá se ústavními principy postavení soudce a zásadami moci soudní. Její další části jsou věnovány historickému vývoji soudnictví, organizaci soudnictví, předpokladům pro výkon funkce soudce,vzniku a zániku funkce soudce, právům a povinnostem soudce, odpovědnosti soudce, rozdílům v postavení soudce obecného soudu a soudce Ústavního soudu a komparaci se soudnictvím v USA. V poslední kapitole jsou obsaženy úvahy de lege ferenda.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe graduate thesis is focused on the position of the judge in the constitutional system of the Czech Republic. The thesis deals with the constitutional fundamentals of the position of the judge and principles of judicial power. Its other parts are dedicated to the historical development of the judiciary, organization of judiciary, requirements to be a judge, the office of the judge, the rights and obligations of the judge, the responsibility of the judge, differences between the role of a judge of the general court and a judge of the Constitutional Court and comparation with the judiciary in the U.S.. The content of final chapter is de lege ferenda consideration.en
