| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou tvorby strategie pro vypraný podnikatelská subjekt. Nejprve je podnik a jeho okolí podrobeno detailní analýze a jsou zmapovány důležité faktory, které mají na úspěch jeho úspěch vliv. Zároveň jsou definovány silné a slabé stránky. Po analytické části jsou stanoveny strategické cíle pro střednědobý horizont. Pomocí scénářů je prognózován vývoj okolí. Dále práce definuje konkrétní změny v podniku, které je nutné podstoupit, aby firma uspěla. V poslední kapitole je pak nastíněna implementace pomocí strategické mapy a Balanced Scorecard. | cs |

The important factors of success are identified. At the same time the thesis defines strengths and weaknesses. After the analytical part author determines strategic goals for mid-term horizon.
