dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na optimalizaci logistického toku v elektrotechnické firmě Murr CZ s.r.o. v reálném pracovním prostředí. V teoretické části jsou popsány principy štíhlé výroby, logistiky a optimalizace. Včetně jejich základních nástrojů a metod. V praktické části diplomové práce je představen elektrotechnický podnik Murr CZ s.r.o., ve kterém byl zmapován stav logistického toku, na jehož základě byla navržena opatření pro jeho optimalizaci. V závěru práce byl navržen způsob implementace navržených opatření v rámci daného podniku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe Master thesis is focused on the optimization of the logistic flow in the electrical engineering company Murr CZ s.r.o. in a real work environment. The theoretical part deals with the description of the lean manufacturing, the logistics and the optimization. In this part, it is also included the summary of the basic tools and methods used in the field of lean manufacturing and logistics. In the practical part of the thesis, the electrical company Murr CZ s.r.o. is represented. The current state of the logistic flow was mapped and analyzed in this company. The logistic flow was optimized based on the conducted analysis and corrective measures were proposed. The implementation of the proposed corrective measures in the Murr company was suggested in the last part of thesis.en
