| dc.description.abstract-translated | The text is devoted to the definition of an artificial intelligence system, which can be found in the AI act. It is clear from the text that artificial intelligence system and artificial intelligence are not synonymous. It also becomes clear from the text that the definition of an artificial intelligence system severely limits the scope of the subject matter of AI-act. An important observation presented in the text is that if a system cannot learn after deployment, it is not an AI-system as defined in the AI act, so the AI act does not apply to it. The text also refers to the phenomenon of the information society, which has already died in the European Union and has been replaced by a neo-industrial society.
