dc.description.abstractVe své bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou amputace dolní končetiny. Práce se dělí na teoretickou část, kde se snažím vysvětlit typy amputací, předoperační a pooperační péči. Dále reakci na ztrátu končetiny a protetickými oborami. Naopak v praktické části popisuji za pomoci nasbíraných dat a informací ošetřovatelské problémy vzniklé u klientky. K řešení využívám model dle Marjory Gordon. V závěru shrnuji úspěšnost ošetřovatelské péče a zdůrazňuji důležitost chápání člověka jako celistvou osobu složenou z 5 součástí: biologické, společenské, kognitivní, emocionální a duchovní.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedMy bachelory thesis is focused on the issue of the lower limb amputation. The thesis is divided into the theoretical part, where I am trying to explain the types of amputation, preoperative and postoperative care. Futhermore, the reaction on the loss of the limb and prosthetic industries. By contrast, in the practical part with the help of collected datas and information I am describing the nursing problems arising in a patient. For the solution I am using the model according to Marjory Kordon. In the conclusion I am summarizing the success of the nursing care and emphasizing the importance of understanding a human being as a compact person made up of five parts biological, social, cognitive, emotional and spiritual.en
