dc.description.abstractTéma motivace v ošetřovatelské profesi je momentálně aktuální zejména v důsledku zvyšujícího se personálního nedostatku na pozici všeobecná sestra. Nedostatek sester postihuje celou Českou republiku napříč všemi sektory, sestry častěji migrují a odcházejí z profese. Motivace a spokojenost hraje v profesi Všeobecné sestry v intenzivní péči důležitou roli, ovlivňuje její pracovní výkon, který má přímý vliv na kvalitu poskytované ošetřovatelské péče. Diplomová práce je rozdělená do dvou částí. Část teoretická se zabývá obecně motivací, pracovní motivací, specifiky práce a pracovní spokojeností všeobecné sestry v intenzivní péči. Praktická část mapuje motivaci a spokojenost všeobecných sester v intenzivní péči.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of motivation in the nursing profession is currently topical, mainly due to the growing staff shortage in the position of general nurse. The shortage of nurses affects the entire Czech Republic across all sectors, nurses more often migrate and leave the profession. Motivation and satisfaction play an important role in the profession of general nurse in intensive care, it affects her work performance, which has a direct impact on the quality of nursing care provided. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with general motivation, work motivation, work specifics and job satisfaction of a general nurse in intensive care. The praktice part maps the motivation and satisfaction of general nurses in intensive care.en
