dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pohlavně přenosných onemocnění a jejich výskytem v České republice, Plzeňském kraji a Plzni (výsledky byly poskytnuté FN Plzeň). Práce se skládá ze dvou částí teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se věnuje popisu jednotlivých pohlavně přenosných onemocnění a veškeré používané diagnostice. Praktická část se zabývá zejména laboratorními diagnostickými metodami používanými ve FN Plzeň a vyhodnocením výskytu vybraných pohlavně přenosných onemocnění. Data byla získána z České republiky, Plzeňského kraje a mikrobiologické laboratoře FN Plzeň za rok 2016 a 2017. Celorepubliková data a počet onemocnění v Plzeňském kraji byla získána z informačního systému EPIDAT, počet diagnostikovaných onemocnění v laboratoři Ústavu mikrobiologie FN Plzeň byl vygenerován laboratorním informačním systémem za rok 2016 a 2017.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis deals with the issue of sexually transmitted diseases and their occurrence in the Czech Republic, the Pilsen Region and Pilsen (the results were provided by the FN Pilsen). The thesis consists of two parts - theoretical and practical one. The theoretical part deals with the description of individual sexually transmitted diseases and all used diagnostics. The practical part deals mainly with the laboratory diagnostic methods used in the FN Pilsen and evaluation of occurrence of selected sexually transmitted diseases. The data were obtained from the Czech Republic, the Pilsen Region and the microbiological laboratory of the FN Pilsen for 2016 and 2017. The nationwide data and number of diseases in the Pilsen Region were obtained from the EPIDAT information system, the number of diagnosed diseases in the laboratory of the Department of Microbiology of the FN Pilsen was generated by the laboratory information system for 2016 and 2017.en
