| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku deníku odborné praxe navazujícího magisterského studia Ošetřovatelství ve vybraných klinických oborech na Fakultě zdravotnických studií Západočeské univerzity v Plzni. Snažíme se najít odpověď na otázku: zda deník odborné praxe studentů je skutečným nástrojem efektivní praktické výuky. Deník odborné praxe doprovází studenty po celou dobu jejich studia a je důležitým dokumentem, který dokládá absolvovanou klinickou praxi. Zabýváme se i samotným vzděláváním sester nejen v České republice, ale i v dalších vybraných zahraničních zemích. Současně se věnujeme roli mentora, který působí jako průvodce a rádce klinické praxe studentů. Řešíme i další uplatnění absolventek navazujícího magisterského studia v běžné praxi. Výzkumným šetřením získáváme ze strany studentů a mentorů řešení pro návrh nového deníku odborné praxe navazujícího magisterského studia. Snažíme se také, aby Deník odborné praxe pro navazující magisterské studium vycházel nejen z potřeb fakulty, studentů a mentorů, ale byl v souladu i s platnou legislativou. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The thesis focuses on internship diaries produced by Master's Study undergraduates studying Nursing in Selected Clinical Fields at the Faculty of Health Care Studies of the University of West Bohemia, Pilsen. The goal of the work is to discover whether an internship diary is a truly effective tool of an internship. An internship diary is an integral part of the whole Master's program as it provides evidence of the internship that each undergraduate participates in throughout their studies. The work also deals with the nurse education in the Czech Republic as well as in other selected countries. Furthermore, the thesis pays attention to the role of the mentor who guides each undergraduate through the whole internship, and it also discusses the undergraduates' future employment and their employability. Through the means of a survey, the work inspects the students and mentors' suggestions for a new, enhanced model of an internship diary of Master's Study undergraduates. Such internship diary would have to respect not only the needs of the faculty, the students and their mentors, but also the current legislation. | en |
