dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na analýzu kritérií, která lze využít při hodnocení webových stránek cestovních kanceláří. Teoretická část pojednává o Internetu a webové prezentaci a o hlavních okruzích a metodách analýzy webových stránek. V praktické části je uveden soubor kritérií, který je následně podroben různým analýzám. K tomuto účelu proběhla dvě kola dotazníkového šetření. První kolo je zaměřeno na zjištění důležitosti kritérií. Nad daty získanými v tomto kole je aplikována Q metodologie. Výstupem je upravený soubor kritérií. Druhé kolo je založeno na párovém srovnávání upravených kritérií. Nad daty získanými v tomto kole je aplikována Saatyho metoda. Výstupem je stanovení vah upravených kritérií. Takto vznikla upravená metodika, která je následně podrobena pilotnímu testování při hodnocení webových stránek tří cestovních kanceláří. Výsledek hodnocení je porovnán s výsledkem dle staré metodiky.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis is aimed on the analysis of criteria that can be used when evaluating websites of tour operators. The theoretical part deals with the Internet and web presentation and the main areas and methods of website analysis. In the practical part, there is a set of criteria, which is then subjected to various analyzes. For this purpose, data were collected in two rounds of the survey. The first round is focused on the importance of the criteria. Q methodology is applied on data obtained in this round. The output is a modified set of criteria. The second round is based on pair wise comparisons of the modified criteria. Saaty´s method is applied on data obtained in this round. The output is a setting of weights of the modified criteria. Thus the modified methodology was created. Subsequently, a pilot testing of the new methodology was performed - the elements of websites of three tour operators were evaluated. The evaluation result is compared with the result according to the old methodology.en
