dc.description.abstractTéma diplomová práce je ?Posouzení bonity podniku a jeho schopnosti splatit úvěr?. Cílem práce je určení toho, zda je společnost schopna platit své úvěry. Práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. První teoretická část vysvětluje nejdůležitější pojmy finanční analýzy, pomocí které je finanční zdraví a bonita podniku posuzována. Tato část představuje bonitní a bankrotní modely a základy úvěrové politiky podniku. Druhá praktická část začíná představením společnosti Lasselsberger, s. r. o., kde je prováděna analýza účetních výkazů, finanční situace a bonity v letech 2008 ? 2012. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty všechny hlavní poznatky o finančním zdraví a bonitě společnosti. Zde jsou navrženy možnosti, jak by mohla firma zlepšit svou finanční situaci a schopnost splácet své úvěry.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of the diploma thesis is "Assessment of the creditworthiness of the company and its ability to repay loan". The target of the thesis is whether company is able to repay its loans. The thesis contents theoretical and practical part. The first theoretical part explains the most important terms of financial analysis, which is used for business solvency assessed. This part presents creditworthy and bankruptcy models and basics of credit policy of company. The second practical part begins with the introduction of the company Lasselsberger Ltd., which is used to analyse of the financial statements, financial situation and solvency during the period 2008 ? 2012. The conclusion of this diploma thesis summarizes all the main findings about financial health and solvency of company. There are proposed options how the company could improve its financial situation and ability to repay its loans.en
