dc.description.abstract	Ve své práci shrnuji vývoj tvorby, získávání , ukládání a archivaci rentgenového obrazu od počátku objevu rentgenových paprsků po současnost. Popisuji vznik a vlastnosti rentgenového záření. Dále se zabývám film-fóliovou radiografií, kterou prezentuje více než stoletá minulost zastoupená kazetami, zesilovacími fóliemi a samozřejmě temnou komorou, kde se celý vyvolávací proces odehrával. V druhé části mé práce jsem se zaměřil na přímou a nepřímou digitalizaci, která postupným nástupem a rozvojem počítačové techniky vytlačuje klasický filmový proces. Zpracováním, archivací a sdílením digitálních dat se zabývám v kapitolách o systémech PACS, DICOM, NIS a HL7.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	In my work, I summarize the development of the creation, acquisition, storage and archiving of X-ray image from the beginning of the discovery of X-rays to the present. Describe the formation and properties of X-rays. Furthermore, the remaining film-foil radiography, which presents more than a century past, represented by cassettes, films and of course amplification darkroom, where the whole developing process took place. In the second part of my work I have focused on direct and indirect digitization, which gradual onset and development of computer technology displaces traditional film process.
