| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce je zaměřená na problematiku přetížení operátorů montážní linky. Mezi hlavní témata práce patří ergonomie, antropometrie a jednotlivé ergonomické metody. Cílem je navržení takových úprav pracovišť, aby došlo ke snížení námahy při práci. Dále je řešena racionalizace práce a změna samotných pracovních postupů. Podstatným přínosem je snížení svalového zatížení operátorů, přičemž při vhodné změně pracovního postupu dochází i ke zvýšení produktivity práce. | cs |

The main topics include ergonomics, anthropometry, and various of ergonomic methods. The aim is to propose such modifications of workplaces, in order to reduce strain at work. Furthermore the work rationalisation is solved as well as changes in work instructions. Substantial benefit is a reduction in operators muscle load, while an appropriate change of the workflow leads to the productivity increase. | en |
