| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rolí sestry v ordinaci praktického lékaře pro děti a dorost při ošetřování dětí s atopickou dermatitidou. Práce je zaměřena na zkušenosti a názory rodičů dětských pacientů. V teoretické části se stručně věnuje anatomii kůže a imunitnímu systému. Dále shrnuje etiopatogenezi, formy a léčbu atopické dermatitidy a v poslední části se věnuje ošetřovatelské péči a edukaci. Praktická část práce je realizována kvalitativním výzkumným šetřením. K výzkumu jsou využity polostrukturované rozhovory s rodiči dětských pacientů. Takto získaná data byla podrobena analýze pomocí otevřeného kódování. Výsledkem výzkumného šetření je identifikace rolí sestry v ordinaci praktického lékaře z pohledu rodičů. Hlavním zjištěním je nízká obsahovost a efektivita edukací, velký význam sestry v roli koordinátorky, asistenty, mediátorky a psychické opory rodičů. Výzkum také vedl k otázce souvislosti chování sestry s adherencí rodičů k léčbě. Na základě zjištěných informací byl vytvořen leták určený sestrám v ordinacích praktických lékařů. Tento leták by mohl být sestrám významnou pomůckou při edukaci rodičů dětí s atopickou dermatitidou. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor's thesis deals with the role of the nurse in the practician's office for children and adolescents in the treatment of children with atopic dermatitis. It is focused on the experiences and opinions of parents of child patients. In the theoretical part, it briefly covers the anatomy of the skin and the immune system. It also summarizes the etiopathogenesis, forms and treatment of atopic dermatitis, and the last part deals with nursing care and education. The practical part of the work is realized through a qualitative research. Semistructured interviews with parents of child patients are used for the research. The data obtained in this way were subjected to analysis using open coding. The result of the research is the identification of the roles of the nurse in the practician's office from the perspective of the parents. The main finding is the low effectiveness of education, the great importance of the nurse in the role of coordinator, assistant, mediator and psychological support for parents. The research also led to the question of the relationship between the nurse's behavior and the parents' adherence to treatment. Based on the information found, a handout was created for nurses in practicians' offices. This handout could be a significant aid to nurses in educating parents of children with atopic dermatitis. | en |
