dc.description.abstractPředmětem bakalářské práce jsou sociální služby jako součást sociálního systému v České republice. Nejprve jsou popsány definice základních pojmů z oblasti sociální politiky a sociálního zabezpečení. Další část práce se věnuje charakteristice sociálních služeb v ČR a SRN se vzájemným srovnáním, a to především v podmínkách současné právní úpravy. Systémy sociálních služeb jsou popsány ve všech svých důležitých aspektech, mezi které patří oblast financování, zajištění kvality služeb, postavení poskytovatelů a uživatelů služeb. Pro možnost širšího porovnání systémů sociálních služeb je bakalářská práce doplněna o informace ze stejné oblasti na Slovensku a to v obdobném rozsahu jako předchozí země. Na závěr se práce zabývá zhodnocením současného stavu a jsou formulovány návrhy možných řešení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedSubject of my Bachelor work are social services as a komponent of the Czech Republic social system. First there are described definitions of basic terms from social politics and social ensuring. The other part of my work is about the characteristic of social services in the Czech Republic and Germany and each others´comparison, especially in conditions of nowadays law processing. The systems of social services are described in all aspects, such as financial sphere, securing the service quality, position of providers and service users. My Bachelor work is updated by information from the same sphere in Slovakia for the possibility to compare the social services more better. It is about the same or the similar extent like the countries before. The end of my work is about the evaluation nowadays situation. I tried to formulate suggestions of possible solutions.en
