dc.description.abstractPrvní část práce bude patřit vysvětlení stěžejních pojmů a vystihnutí základních problémů, které jsou spojeny s multikulturalismem. V druhé části práce se již přímo zaměřím na výše zmíněné menšiny, jejich historii v České republice, charakteristiky a i právní úpravy, které se jich přímo dotýkají, následně přejdu k vybraným integračním faktorům, možnostem integrace těchto menšin do společnosti a faktorů, které integraci brzdí. Další části práce budou jednoznačně zaměřeny na právo, bude se jednat o ochranu menšin v České republice jak domácím právem, tak mezinárodním právem zastoupeným především mezinárodními smlouvami mezi jednotlivými státy. Práce bude zakončena závěrem a následovat budou přílohy v podobě statistických informací.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe first part will include an explanation of the key concepts and capturing the fundamental problems associated with multiculturalism. In the second part, directly focus on the above-mentioned minorities, their history in the Czech Republic, the characteristics and the legal changes that affect them directly, then I go to the selected integration factors, the possibilities of integrating these minorities into society and the factors that hinder integration. Another part will be clearly focused on the right, will be the protection of minorities in the Czech Republic, both domestic law and international law represented mainly by international treaties between States. The work will culminate in the conclusion and follow the attachments in the form of statistical information.en
