dc.description.abstract-translatedMaster thesis is divided into four sections, which provides the reader with an introduction into the topics of the Great Depression, the New Deal legislation, and especially with the most important decisions taken by the Surpreme Court during this period. One section focuses on the institution of the Supreme Court and it also focuses on the personalities of the judges of the Supreme Court who were instrumental in deciding about the law of the New Deal.en
