dc.description.abstractCílem diplomové práce s názvem ?Teoretické problémy reformy veřejné správy ve vztahu k jejímu vývoji v České republice? jsou v první části teoretické základy pojetí transformace a reformy veřejné správy, druhá část představuje koncepce regulatorní reformy. Ve třetí a čtvrté části shrnuji předpoklady a původní záměry reformy, dosavadním průběh jednotlivých kroků reformy, zhodnocení splnění cílů reformy a upozornění na současné problémy, které reforma přinesla, jak v oblasti územní reformy, tak v otázce reformy regulatorní.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of the thesis ?Theoretical issues of the public administration reform in relation to its development in the Czech Republic? in the first part are the theoretical bases of the public administration transformation and reform, the second part presents conceptions of the regulatory reform. The third and fourth part summarize preconditions and original intentions of the reform, current process of the individual steps of the reform, assessment of accomplishment of the reform aims and cautions about the current problems the reform has brought concerning the territorial reform as well as the regulatory reform.en
