dc.description.abstractTato přehledová bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice HIV infekce a nemoci AIDS. V první části práce je popsán původce infekce, přenos viru, diagnostika a průběh nemoci. V druhé části je popsána terapie infekce od zahájení přes vedení léčby až po hodnocení jejího účinku. Podává přehled o rozdělení léků antiretrovirové terapie i nežádoucí účinky. Třetí část páce je zaměřena na péči o HIV pozitivní osoby v nemocničním i domácím prostředí, přibližuje psychické, sociální a právní aspekty nemoci. Poznatky byly dohledány v databázích Google, Google Scholar a Bookport. Použity byly články z českých i zahraničních periodik.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis overview bachelor thesis discusses the issue of HIV infection and AIDS disease. The first part of the thesis describes the agent of infection, transmission of the virus, diagnosis and progression of the disease. In the second part, treatment of the infection is described from initiation to guidance of treatment to evaluation of its effect. It gives an overview of the distribution of antiretroviral therapy drugs as well as side effects. The third part of the work focuses on the care of HIV-positive people in the hospital and home pro-center, bringing the psychological, social and legal aspects of the disease closer together. The findings were traced to Google, Google Scholar and Bookport databases. Articles from czech and foreign periodicals were used.en
