dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na postavení prezidenta republiky v ústavním systému České republiky, zejména na jeho vztah k soudní moci. Nejprve popisuje historický vývoj prezidentského úřadu a jeho institucionalizaci, čímž objasňuje postavení prezidenta republiky v rámci ústavního systému. Následně se práce zaměřuje na soudní moc a soustavu soudů, přičemž zvláštní pozornost je věnována analýze pravomocí prezidenta ve vztahu k soudní moci, konkrétně v souvislosti s prominutím trestů, odpuštěním trestů, jmenovacími pravomocemi a postavením prezidenta před Ústavním soudem. V závěrečné části je rozebrán judikát Ústavního soudu, který měl zásadní vliv na současnou podobu zákona č. 6/2002 Sb., O soudech a soudcích.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis focuses on the position of the President of the Republic in the constitutional system of the Czech Republic, especially on his relationship to the judiciary. It first describes the historical development of the presidential office and its institutionalization, therefore clarifying the position of the President of the Republic within the constitutional system. Subsequently, the thesis focuses on the judiciary and the court system, with particular attention paid to the analysis of the powers of the President in relation to the judiciary, specifically in relation to pardons, remission of sentences, powers of appointment and the position of the President before the Constitutional Court. In the final part, the case law of the Constitutional Court, which had a major influence on the current form of Act 6/2002 Sb., is analysed.en
