dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce je technicko-ekonomická studie investičního projektu. Investiční projekt je plánovaná firma Ecologistic, která se bude zabývat ekologickou logistikou, na obchodní trase mezi Českou republikou a Spolkovou republikou Německo. Orientace této společnosti je zaměřená na kamionovou přepravu využívající elektrický pohon. V první kapitole praktické části je představena firma, její charakteristiky a ambice. Poté jsou autorem provedeny situační analýzy a z nich vzešlé výsledky. Dále jsou zjištěna rizika podniku a na jejich základě stanoveny možné scénáře vývoje podnikatelského prostředí. V poslední části je autorem uvedené hodnocení projektu a doporučení pro implementaci projektu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis graduate thesis is a technical-economic study of an investment project. The Investment project is a planned company "Ecologistic". This firm is supposed to deal with the ecological logistics on the trade route between the Czech Republic and The Federal Republic of Germany. The firm is focused on the truck transport making use of electric drive. The first chapter of the practical part introduces the company, its characteristics and ambitions. What follows is the author's analyses of various situations and the results obtained from them. Next, the author identifies individual risks to which the company can be exposed and on the bases of these risks he determines possible scenarios for the development of the business environment. The last part contains the author's evaluation of the project and recommendations for the project implementation.en
